After being so overwhelmed by the great response to In My Tum Digest from you lovely lot in the In My Tum community, we decided we wanted to give something back and create a blog for all your In My Tum cravings!
So, this week’s blog post is a very warm welcome to you, to share a bit more about us and give you a little flavour about what you have to look forward to on our blog!
While we are safe in our homes, we know it’s easy to feel more isolated than ever before. So, we wanted to let you know that we are working hard to make sure we can bring you great content every week that makes you feel just as close to the In My Tum community as though we were just down the road! Because, really, where would we be without you?
So, let’s get started!
We here at In My Tum are all about supporting small and local businesses, re-sparking a wonderful sense of community (which we all need in these challenging times!) and bringing you, our wonderful customers, premium produce without having to leave your home!
We have made it our mission to ensure that all our grocers, from bakers to butchers, meet the high standard we have set, to always keep our customers smiling, healthy and, most importantly, full with delicious delicacies. Because we are so proud of the grocers we have carefully selected, every week we share a “Groovy Grocers Feature” through our weekly newsletters. Just the same as though you are nipping round the corner to the local butchers, these features give you the chance to learn exactly where your food is coming from, the passion that goes into the products and the story behind the businesses.
What we have in Store for you
As well as excellent food and produce, we also want to be your source for nutritional expertise and top tips. To make sure that we are only sharing the best content on a wide selection of health topics, we have been (and will continue to be) collaborating with a vast range of wonderful experts in the field of nutrition and fitness. We will be covering topics such as, ‘Which Foods are Best for Building Muscle?’, ‘What Foods Form a Ketogenic Diet?’ and ‘The Best Diet for Distance Runners‘.
Next week, we will be hearing from Hedley Nutrition’s Helen Warman, with her expertise on How to Boost Your Immune System. From dietary tips to an in-depth understanding of how our immune systems work, we have everything you need to know for keeping yourself and your loved ones safe and healthy!
